We deeply apologize for the sudden and unfortunate cancellation of the Liberty Run Marathon and Half Marathon.
As we move forward, it is important to express our commitment to all registered participants by offering a simple financial resolution.
REFUND NOTICE
As part of the ongoing effort to ensure all registered runners have been notified regarding the process of receiving a refund, we want to invite anyone who hasn't already done so, to contact us at: office@lrmg.org
- You will need to included your full name, registration number(s), and a valid address in which to receive it.
- After this information has been returned to us, you will be given a confirmation email and added to the refund list. You will receive a notice when your refund is sent out.
All refunds will be sent out USPS in the order they were received.
Understanding the urgency, we have begun the process of mailing refunds, but in respect to all of the participants, there will be no special cases or exceptions to this process.
You will be issued a refund if you have requested one.
Liberty Lightning 5K Race
The Liberty Lightning 5K Race Date will be rescheduled at Liberty State Park.
If you were registered to participate in any of the races, you can still participate in the LL5k. Just present your registration information and you will be issued a number at the time of the race
